Why?

  • We are a close-knit, independent group of 17 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers.

​

  • Retention rates are near perfect with almost no one leaving our group to work in a different emergency department throughout our history.

​

  • We currently staff the Baptist Health Lexington emergency department with an annual volume in 2023 of over 53,000 patient visits. ​

​

  • As physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners retire and our census grows we will need new hires.

​

  • Our group has excellent relationships with our admitting physicians and consultants.
